Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American comedian and actress is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. Her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and began her career as an actress when she was a young girl, soon after her move to the United States. The appearances she made as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials from 2013 to 2016 - and then in 2020 - have made her famous. Apart from her commercial appearances, she was also a regular on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also played the role of a regular character on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. After being cast in the TV pilot that was never aired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also plays Squirrel Girl on Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was Jewish, born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents and her were exiled from antisemitism as young as two years old. They moved to the U.S. with their children. She started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five, due to the financial difficulties of her family. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, however, she quit in her sophomore year. She she was able to get a GED and then went to pursue the Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of California, San Diego. Through the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied Improv comedy.
